Luton Gatwick & Stanstead are about the same all have a bit of a train or coach ride into town, City airport is the closest to the center of London, Heathrow has the Tube, so it a bit cheaper to get into town once youre here. hope that helps Grin

Best way into London from Luton Airport is by train. There's a free shuttle bus to the station and trains are less than 15 minutes apart at most times. Takes about 35 minutes to Central London.

Old Compton Street is for Gerrards Off Licence Pfft Need a few wee bits and pieces for the bar that you can't get *anywhere* else in the UK. The bass gallery as in... the one where Sei is based? Wouldn't mind a wee duke up there again, had a lurvely Zon last time I was over!

Will definately have to meet up for drinks/food at some point - Also, if anyone here could recommend a top cocktail bar, possibly with live jazz (?) that would sort out Friday night very nicelySmile

Anything close to Marble Arch worth a visit? I seem to recall quite a good bar/club opposite(ish) the Odeon?

How about we meet Saturday afternoon, visit a few bass shops (spend no money of course...) and then go and have a (couple of) drink(s) ? What time do the music shops close, anyone? If you want you can all have a go at my latest S2 Classic moowood Wink
