Starting from everything flat, switch the bridge pickup to down, neck pickup switch up, add about 1/4 turn gain up on both treble and bass knobs.
Another thing I have been playing around with is boosting the parametric up full and the find the frequency that squaks too much and cut by 25%. Been trying that on both of them
