3 band preamp on Ebay? Will it fit?

Hello everyone, I have a question. I found a preamp on Ebay and bought it but now I am confused. Will it fit to my Stealth II as a direct replacement? If I drill just one more hole? Appreciate your help.http://m.ebay.com/itm/221419209086 Thank you.
