how to " refurbish" the wood of my status energy

Hello,

I bougth a nice status energy (97), natural finish.
The wood and the pores of wood are " dirty" in some place
( as often over and under the neck pickup).

How can I clean the wood of the body and give to my status a nice visual look ?

A nice fine grade of Wire Wool, some white spirit (not Vodka lol) and a gentle rub, you can then oil it with something like Linseed/Lemon oil or just a light wax.
Nice bass!
