John is right. I was thinking of getting a tint on my latest moo wood bass but Rob decided against it as tints only really work well over very white woods i.e. maple & ash. The problem with more exotic woods is the features and colour differences have an effect on the tint and it doesn't look so good! This is what Rob said to me! if you want a colour tint I too suggest a really nice quilted maple... This is one of the most beautiful basses I have seen... Almost bought it!
