I'm currently between bands and between amps. Will be thinking about another band in the next few months and will have to think about amps again then. I liked my Markbass which had an unbelievable power to weight ratio and a good sound. However I now fancy getting a tasty pre-amp and a seperate power amp. Not sure if I really fancy lugging it around though. Maybe something by Aguillar would fit the bill. Or I may just go for a Markbass 1x12 combo with an extension cab. The combo weighs only a little more than my practice amp and puts out 500 watts!
