S2 serial number - where?

I also bought a Status from James a few years ago and I had the same experience. He's a monster.

Yeah - that's the one. Great playing and a fantastic song there. It doesn't sound that good at all with my fingers!

I'm 100% sure it's a known bass here - sandy coloured with the GB light system fitted. James Durand has played it on one of his videos.
If you post a picture it would take us about a millisecond to identify the bass!

If you can't find a S/N then I would imagine that it's a Series II that's had a replacement top string retainer. Therefore no s/n stamped into it!

S2 Classic will have the number under the tuning knobs. Series II/2 will likely have the number on the string retainer at the end of the neck.

Yeh, should be on the end of the body underneath the tuning knobs.
